Q. Who produces the label and who comes up with the name?
A.You can, or we will. We can name, design and produce your label or screen for a one time fee to be agreed upon up front. Our equipment handles pressure sensitive labels or screen printed bottles.

Who owns the label?
A.You do.  You may copyright or register it if you so desire.

Who produces the formula?

A.In most cases, we do.  You may decide color, texture, viscosity and fragrance.  We can also formulate to your exact specifications, however minimum batch sizes may vary depending on specialty raw materials we may have to order.

   

Q.

Who provides the bottle and/or other packaging?

A.That is also optional.  Sometimes customers ship their specialty containers to us.  For others we provide everything.  We always try to do it your way.

   

Q.

Who provides liability insurance?

A.We have a blanket policy that covers everything we manufacture for up to $500,000.  Any additional liability or product insurance coverage is up to you.

What sizes are available?

A.From 4 oz. containers to 55 gallon drums

What is your minimum order?

A.That depends on the product size, ease of manufacture and number of different products ordered.  We like to make 200 gallon batches when possible.   That is our default quantity for optimum equipment operation and best possible pricing.  We have been known to manufacture batches as small as 50 gallons for customers.  We try our best to meet your needs.

Why should I consider your company over any other?

A.Boy, that's the $64,000 question.  I guess as a starting point you could try calling some of the private label giants, like some of those huge companies in New Jersey.  I'm not knocking their ability, mind you; it's just that....  Well, you try calling one.  Maybe it's because we won't talk the talk, unless we're absolutely sure we can walk the walk, and we do everything in our power to see to it that we can.  I'd deal with us and I think you'll like us too.

How do we get started?

A.

You call or e-mail us.  You tell us what you have in mind.  We discuss the possibilities and probabilities.  We send you our brochure.  We build a mutual trust.  We send samples.  We agree on terms, financing, etc...  We make the best products that we can, keeping in mind that your name and your customers are on the line.  Then, and only then, do we become partners in profit.
